Your ticket is always for a return journey, unless stated otherwise.

No, we reserve your seat for both journeys. You can book a return ticket and not use one journey.

If there are insufficient bookings, we will contact you and offer alternatives.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else.

Three days before departure you will receive an email with final boarding locations and times. Please note: changes may still occur!

The exact boarding point and departure time are on your ticket. Make sure you are there 15 minutes in advance.

The bus leaves on time and does not wait. Unfortunately we cannot refund money for missed buses.

At 25-30 votes we will add a ride. Share the link with friends for more votes!

We create a realistic route based on the most votes. If your boarding location is not listed, we will look for a central alternative location.

With every booking you automatically save Horsepower points. You can exchange these for rewards.

Within 2 days by email.

Your order will be shipped within 3 days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace.

Once your order is placed, we can no longer change or cancel it. So please check your order carefully before checking out!

Yes, within 14 days of receipt you can return your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Personalized items cannot be returned.
